Luca Todesco Confirmed That Yalu Jailbreak Will Support iPhone 7 in Future

Luca Todesco released iOS 10.2 jailbreak a few days ago with limited device support. From then He is releasing betas with new devices support and bug fixes. The latest Yalu102 beta 7 iOS 10.2 jailbreak version supports all 64-bit devices except iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus.

Many iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus device owners might have thought that jailbreak will release for the latest device. But they are all out of luck as the jailbreak for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus with iOS 10.2 is not supported by Yalu102 iOS 10.2 jailbreak. The only way to jailbreak iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus is with iOS 10.1 or 10.1.1 using Yalu + Mach Portal jailbreak. You cannot jailbreak iPhone 7 using Yalu102 beta 7 updates.

The man behind the yalu jailbreak Luca Todesco has confirmed that the jailbreak will be updated to support iPhone 7 at some point in time, but not now. So those who have iPhone 7 with iOS 10.2 should wait without updating to latest iOS versions.

 Todesco hasn’t given any update on the release date. Anyway, with his confirmation, all iPhone 7 users running iOS 10.2 can keep hope for the jailbreak support. Apple has already stopped signing iOS 10.2 making downgrade or upgrade impossible. So those all having iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus with running iOS 10.2 should not update their devices to latest iOS version 10.2.1.
